The rear patio where friends and family used to gather was isolated from the house and especially the kitchen.
We designed a new kitchen on the ground level that opened to the pool and covered the outdoor space with roof and pergola.
We then rearranged the house upstairs so there was a bedroom for each child, new study and extra living area... all without killing the wonderful purple bougainvillea and without extending the house footprint!
