We hardly changed the footprint of this house just adding a covered patio that wrapped the rear of the house, reorganising the floorplan and dropping the floor plane in the rear to make tall ceilings, a split level and better relationship with the garden and pool.
We reorganised the floor plan, rebuilding the master bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living and dining room dropping the floor level to ground at the rear. We then built a covered porch area so all communal areas could open onto the pool and outdoor space.
Now that the family has moved back in and started landscaping I'll be able to show some external shots soon.
